"Brad helped make a very stressful home sale so much less stressful. My husband and I live overseas and we had a very small window of time for our renter to move out, prepare the house for sale, get it on the market and close a deal before heading back overseas. Brad went above and beyond not only coordinating viewings whilst the renter was in the process of moving out but he also helped to make sure the property was presentable. Way back in 2000, my family and I were relocating to the Phoenix area. My new employer provided a recommendation for a realtor, and we started to work with him. He was passive and unhelpful, and we soon ended the relationship. We contacted Brad Turk, based on some advertising, and quickly knew that we had found the right person. Brad helped us find, evaluate, and close on a house in Fountain Hills. We were pleased with every aspect of the process and lived there happily for twelve years. Circumstances then dictated a move to San Diego, but we kept the house and eventually converted it into a rental. The recent surge in prices prompted a decision to sell.
